I believe what you wish to attempt is impossible.  The distance from New York to Miami is nearly 2000 km.  The distance from either New York or Miami to Los Angeles is more than 5000 km.  If you travel by car, you will need more than three weeks.  If you travel by airplane, it will cost money.

I suggest that you limit your visit to only one part of the USA for your first trip.  You can drive a car from New York to Washington DC and even to Miami in three weeks,  Perhaps, you can wait until your next visit to the USA to see California.

Thanks:) we ve desided to go by airplane. But is it possible to find cheap flights?

And what about accomondation? Is it cheap or expensive? and do u know by any chance if it is cheaper in N.Y or California?

It is possible to find relatively cheap flights across the USA, but you must search for the bargains and make reservations at least one month in advance.  You can compare the prices of all the major airlines on kayak.com  You can also check the prices of the largest discount airline on southwest.com  Expect to pay about $150 to go from New York to California.

Accommodations are very expensive in New York.  Check the New York Youth Hostel for some bargain prices.  Accommodations cqn be expensive in California, but you can often find cheaper ones if you stay outside of the expensive neighborhoods:
