Would like to take a couple of weeks to drive down to Florida from Toronto, but I would like to map out some locations of interest and places to stay on the way. We love to fish, look in shops and see history. Any help would be appreciated. The two primary routes from Toronto to Florida would be the coastal route on Interstate 95 all the way to Florida, or the inland route taking 90 to Erie, Pa then 79, WVA Turnpike, 77 and 85 to Atlanta, then 75 to Florida. The scenery will be different on the inland route, as it passes down the spine of the Appalachian Mountains. The coastal route is more flat, but touches more historical landmarks.
